4C Children and Family Services only accepts Cal-Viva and Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal Insurance. No commercial Insurance is accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Multiple cancellations or no shows can result in permanent removal from scheduling with 4C Children and Family.
