Natasha Worthy, AMFT earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from Fresno Pacific University in 2019 and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide in 2025.

Natasha is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth. With more than 15 years of experience in helping professions, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and lived experience to her work.

Natasha is committed to providing culturally responsive, client-centered care that honors each individual's unique experiences and strengths. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, with an emphasis on Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. She partners with clients to explore the stories that have shaped their lives, identify existing strengths, and develop practical strategies for creating meaningful, lasting change.
