Carolyn Labendeira, APCC

Carolyn Labendeira, APCC earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from California State University, Fresno in 2023. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Fresno in 2026. Carolyn is also pursuing advanced training in the specialized treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related mental health conditions.

Carolyn is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals seeking healing, growth, and lasting change. She has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including at-risk youth, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and postpartum mothers.

Carolyn believes that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore life's challenges and discover their strengths. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs, goals, and experiences while fostering collaboration and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing her to help clients gain insight into underlying patterns, develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships. Carolyn is committed to walking alongside her clients as they navigate life's transitions, overcome obstacles, and work toward greater emotional well-being and resilience.
